Meine Theorie: Wahrscheinlich werden je nach gewünschtem Motiv Schweine- oder Bärenköpfe schock-gefrostet und danach in dünne Scheiben geschnitten - natürlich nicht ohne vorher das Gebiss zu entfernen, das wäre dann ja doch ein bisschen arg.
